Shanghai Bayon precision automobile component co., Ltd is a memberof Bayon Group. The Bayon Group is established in 1989.Our majorbusiness is to supply the automobile parts to OEM & Tier 1 customer.Our parts include the plastic parts(Auto interior & exterior) and metalparts(casting& machining).The factory covers an area of 70,000 square meters, and the workshopbuilding area is nearly 40,000 square meters.We have the tooling production center, die-casting plant, plasticinjection plant, precision machining plant, metal sheet plant, andpainting plant. Now we have almost 600 staffs, more than 80 technicalengineers. We have certified with ISO9002 international qualitysystem. In order to fit the development of automobile industry andimprove the corporation management level and meet higher systemrequirements, we passed the certification of TS16949 quality system inFeb 2004.
